Since its inception in 1978, WHIDC has been dedicated to promoting the development and retention of businesses and jobs in Upper Manhattan and the Western Bronx. Our programs include  The Business Operating Success System (BOSS), Child Care Business Development and The Medieval Festival at Fort Tryon Park.

Attendance at the past four Medieval Festivals has exceeded 65,000 people and it’s a great advertising opportunity. Visitors come from all over NYC and the region, about a quarter come from Upper Manhattan.

VOLUNTEER
