CASH ASSISTANCE/LOANS
SBA – SBA to Provide Disaster Assistance Loans for Small Businesses Impacted by Coronavirus (COVID-19)
Canary – Canary distributes emergency cash grants (which do not need to be repaid) to individuals in moments of financial hardship. Canary is deploying their solution with employers, in order to manage emergency grant funds provided by employers for employees. The platform could be a useful part of a COVID-19 response, helping other organizations to manage existing cash grants that they would like to make to individuals. Please reach out to Kimberly Gartner at [email protected] if you’d like to discuss how Canary can help you distribute emergency cash to your community members.
Propel – Propel has partnered with GiveDirectly to help FreshEBT users access cash. They are giving households $1,000. More information can be found here.
