CASH ASSISTANCE/LOANS

SBA – SBA to Provide Disaster Assistance Loans for Small Businesses Impacted by Coronavirus (COVID-19)

Canary – Canary distributes emergency cash grants (which do not need to be repaid) to individuals in moments of financial hardship. Canary is deploying their solution with employers, in order to manage emergency grant funds provided by employers for employees. The platform could be a useful part of a COVID-19 response, helping other organizations to manage existing cash grants that they would like to make to individuals. Please reach out to Kimberly Gartner at [email protected] if you’d like to discuss how Canary can help you distribute emergency cash to your community members.

Propel – Propel has partnered with GiveDirectly to help FreshEBT users access cash. They are giving households $1,000. More information can be found here.

The Acceleration Project – TAP is offering the following free services to the small business community. Email [email protected] to register for these free services (available on a first come, first-served basis):
Loan Application Assistance (up to 4 hours of support) – TAP consultants will help small businesses review loan options and apply for emergency working capital through the Small Business Administration (SBA) or other eligible programs.
Cash Flow Crisis Management (up to 4 hours of support) – TAP’s financial experts will analyze current business financials, help minimize cash-outflow and plan for an uncertain environment.
