This is our most popular CPR class, as it includes all the components generally required when certification is a condition of employment (as is the case with many day cares, gyms, schools, nursing homes, foster care programs, etc.) Participants who successfully complete this course will receive a 2-year certification in American Red Cross Adult and Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED.
With a global health crisis going on, it is only natural to be focused on the present, but as the world begins to feel the beneficial effects of the emergency measures against COVID-19, it is time to look to the future.
Blended learning is a formal education program in which a student learns at least in part through online delivery of content and instruction with some element of student control over time, place, path, and/or pace and at least in part at a supervised brick-and-mortar location away from home.
Ideal for individuals and/or organizations looking to maximize learning and employee work productivity at the same time, the blended learning training option provides greater convenience and efficiency for both employers and participants.
In order to complete the classroom session of the Blended Course, please complete the following Online portion and present the completion certificate to the instructor. The in-person session cannot be conducted without the Online portion, so please give yourself ample time to complete the Online portions before scheduling the in-person session. Participants who do not present a valid Online Completion Report will not be allowed to proceed in the course for certification purpose but will be given the opportunity to audit the course for experience, however they will not be certified regardless of the success of the In-Person Skills session.
Note: Online completion alone will not grant a certification for any of the courses without also completing the In-person session.
CPR, especially if performed in the first few minutes of cardiac arrest, can double or triple a person’s chance of survival. Learn proper life-saving techniques and how to respond in an emergency situation.
